Coach Nick grew up in Cedar Park in North Austin where he began cheering at Cedar Park Middle School and continued on at Cedar Park High School. He started coaching at Cheer Station at the age of 17 and hasn’t stopped since. He spent two years on a cheer scholarship at Blinn College in Brenham, TX before transferring to The University of Texas at Austin where he spent two years on the cheer squad and one year coaching for the Texas Spirit Program while completing his degree in Health Promotion and Fitness. In his free time Nick likes to go hiking, rock climbing, swimming and pretty much anything outdoors. What he loves most about coaching is seeing the confidence and pride in an athlete’s eyes when they successfully perform a new skill that they have been working on and all of that effort finally pays off.
Originally from Pasadena, Texas, Kristen has been involved with cheer and dance for her entire life.
